Legal & Privacy

  • 500/- per sq. ft. will be charged towards AMC/AUDA, Torrent Power, Legal etc.
  • 250/- per sq. ft. will be charged towards maintenance deposit.
  • Monthly maintenance charge of Rs. 3/- per sq. ft. per month will be charged in advance for 24 months. Maximum three allotted car parking will be provided per apartment.
  • Levies such as stamp duty, legal charges and all other applicable taxes such as service tax, VAT etc., are to be borne by members on actual basis (prevailing taxes applicable at a time of document)
  • Developer reserves all rightsfl make alterations/additions/changes as and when required during course of project without any prior notice
  • Any internal changes will not be allowed
